We only used Radiant for the design and supply of the system. Currently it is running on a remote biomass boiler as part of a district heating system. When the RHI on the pellet boiler expires,we intend to replace it with individual air source pumps, which may get more efficient as time goes on, or if feasible, a bore hole and large ground source pump to replace the biomass boiler. The system works faultlessly . Thanks.

Having brought a house with a Samsung heat source pump and having no instructions, meant that we didn’t really understand the complex system! Our service engineer was absolutely superb.
